Easy for your events team
A certificate of insurance with $1 million in coverage, naming your hotel or venue as an additional insured. A W-9 for your accounts team, and a contract and invoice: a 50% deposit to book, the balance on the day, by check, Zelle or Venmo. He works with the hotel’s in-house AV, or brings his own sound.
