Event music production in Miami, in one pair of hands.
Who plays the ceremony. Who takes the after-party. Who keeps the timeline honest, and who holds the mic. Willy B plans it, books it, produces it, and plays his part.

One plan for the whole night
Music changes through a night: a quiet welcome, a ceremony, dinner, the toasts, the dance floor, the last song. Willy plans all of it as one story, then makes sure each part hands off cleanly to the next.
You get one person to call about the music. He handles the rest. Working with a planner? He works inside their run of show and takes the music off their plate.
The right artists, booked
Talent booking, done by a working musician. He books musicians and performers for private events, and has contracted artists for both live performance and live painting.
He knows who fits a candlelit dinner and who can carry a dance floor, and he handles the contracts.
Stage production, handled
He has done stage management and production for some New World Symphony festivals and performances, and complete stage production for private clients. Festivals, too: he spent eight years in marketing and merchandising for the GroundUP Music Festival.
Run of show, artist changeovers, timing with the venue: the invisible work that makes a night feel effortless.
Holding the mic
Every good party has someone steering it. Willy works as an MC and host: welcoming guests, keeping the toasts moving, and knowing when to hand the room back to the music. Planning a wedding weekend? See wedding music.

Questions
Good to know
What does an event music producer do?
Plans and runs the music for an entire event: which artists play when, how each part hands off to the next, the stage and the timing with the venue, and often the mic. Willy B does this for private events in Miami.
Can you book other musicians and artists for our event?
Yes. Willy books musicians and performers, and has contracted artists for live painting as well as live performance.
Do you work as an MC or host?
Yes. He MCs and hosts parties and events, and can move between the mic and the music in the same night.
What events have you produced?
His stage management and production work includes some New World Symphony festivals and performances, plus complete stage production for private celebrations in Miami. Those private clients are named only with their permission.
Can you perform at an event you’re producing?
Yes, if you want him to. He can play a set, write a song about your guest of honor, and still keep the night running. Custom songs.
When should we bring in a music producer?
Early, ideally as soon as the venue is booked. The artists you want are filling their calendars too, and an early start leaves time to plan the whole night.
