Wedding music in Miami, with a song about the two of you.
The walk down the aisle. The first hour of the party, when everyone is still finding their people. The moment your story becomes a song and your guests sing along. Willy B plays all of it.

The ceremony: quiet, exact, yours
The processional you’ve had picked out for years. A song for the grandmother who can’t believe this day came. The recessional that tells everyone the party has started.
Send him the songs that matter. He’ll suggest the instrument that serves each moment best, guitar, piano or harmonica, and time it to your walk. He usually brings a keyboard, and if your venue has a piano, he’d love to play it.
He plays every part of the ceremony: the prelude as guests arrive, the processional, a song during the signing, and the recessional. He can mic your officiant and your vows, too.
Cocktail hour, the part guests remember
Between “I do” and dinner there’s an hour when guests mingle, drink and decide what kind of wedding this is. Live music makes that call. A playlist can’t read a room.
With live looping, Willy sounds like a full band from one musician: drums, bass and keys built live, guitar or harmonica and vocals on top. See the one-man band.
A song about the two of you
Before the day, you send him stories: how you met, the first trip, the thing your friends never let you forget. At cocktail hour or dinner he turns them into a song, live, and gets your guests singing along.
It’s the moment your guests will still be quoting at the next family wedding. Want to keep it? Ask for a private recording, mixed and sent after the wedding. How custom songs work.

Before the wedding, and around it
He plays proposals, surprise serenades and engagement parties, and he’s available for the dinners around the wedding too. If you’re planning the question, he can help you set the scene.
He sings in Spanish too, for families who celebrate in two languages.
Easy for your planner
Certificate of insurance, with your venue added as an additional insured if it asks, plus a W-9, contract and invoice. He coordinates timing with your planner and venue, so the music lands where the day needs it. Want one person running the music for the whole weekend? See event production.
Private wedding? Discretion comes standard: your guests stay private, and he’s happy to sign an NDA.
What every booking includes
The practical part, answered before your planner has to ask.
- A conversation before the day to shape the music: the songs that matter, your guests’ favorites, and the do-not-play list.
- His own sound, sized to the room, or he works with your venue’s AV.
- Short breaks between sets, usually with recorded music playing.
- Setup planned around your venue, and a sound check before he plays.
- Dressed for your event. He prefers a suit.
- Paperwork sent straight to your venue or planner: certificate of insurance, W-9, contract and invoice.

Questions
Good to know
How much does a wedding musician cost in Miami?
Every wedding is quoted personally. What shapes the fee: which parts of the day you want music for (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner), the date and season, the venue and travel, and add-ons like a song written about the two of you. Check your date.
Should we have live music during cocktail hour?
If guests will be mingling for an hour, yes. It’s the stretch where the mood of the wedding gets set, and live music carries it better than a playlist. A solo live-looping set gives you a band’s sound from one musician.
Can you play our song for the processional?
Yes. Send him the song and he’ll suggest whether guitar, piano or harmonica serves it best, then arrange it for the walk.
How far in advance should we book a wedding musician in Miami?
As soon as you have a date, especially between October and April, his busiest months. He’s one musician, so once a date is booked, it’s gone. An approximate date is enough to start the conversation.
Do you play destination weddings?
Yes. He takes destination weddings outside Florida and is happy to fly in. Tell him where and when.
Can you sing in Spanish at our wedding?
Yes. He sings in Spanish, so bilingual families can hear both languages at the ceremony and the party.
Can you help with a proposal?
Yes. He plays proposals and surprise serenades. Tell him the plan, the place and the song, and he’ll help you time the moment.
Will you work with our wedding planner?
Gladly. He can send your planner or venue a certificate of insurance, W-9, contract and invoice, and he coordinates timing with them.
